Hello everyone and welcome to the DROP PROJECT! We are so excited about this Blood Drive on June 20th starting at 9am because it was created to bring a multitude of caring people together, to make a difference in the lives of others.

We had the wonderful opportunity to donate blood at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles a couple years ago on behalf of a beautiful little girl who we never got a chance to meet. Her name was Brittianna Renee’Henderson and she had recently died of a bone cancer called Osteogenic Sarcoma at the age of 13. While donating, we realized from the CHLA’s staff that there was a serious need for donors.

Although we continued to donate every few months, we found that our few contributions, although helpful, was not enough to make a substantial difference. We made a vow to Children’s Hospital that we would reach out to our many compassionate and generous friends, and invite them to represent hope and answered prayers for so many families. However, we plan to do it Block Party Style!

So, on behalf of Angela, Leroy, Tyler, Tyrel and Tylen Williams (The Williams Family), The Dream Center, Children’s Hospital, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, City of hope, Britticares, and many many more; we invite you to become a part of the DROP PROJECT…because everyone counts!
