Brad Reed announces move to New York

The past Saturday Night Redefined brought into light an announcement that shocked many and disappointed even more. Although there had been discussions for many months about the possibility of Pastor Brad Reed leaving the Los Angeles Dream Center, any person that had heard the rumors hoped and believed that they would never come true.

Before beginning his message on Saturday night for SNR Pastor Brad opened his time on the mic with an “I love you guys” for his church. After repeating the phrase numerous times there began a large, well-deserved applause across the sanctuary as many in the audience that had heard the rumors previously, now knew that they were about to come true.

Pastor Brad Reed came to the Dream Center in 2001 after feeling a prompting from the Lord to be deeply engulfed in the Word. After he completed 2 years in the Discipleship program Brad chose to stay at the Dream Center and work in the Youth Discipleship Program. Until now, Brad has pastored the Youth Department, both the services and the programs alongside his wife Stella and will continue to be involved until he officially takes over the New York Dream Center on the 1st of June.

Despite being extremely excited to serve Pastor Tommy and Pastor Matthew Barnett’s vision for the future of the Dream Center and its expansion across America as well as the world, Brad described the move as bittersweet, as he has been at the Los Angeles Dream Center since 2001 and has built many relationships, got married, started a family, and has really grown to love the church and the city he has spent the past 8 years in. Although we will miss Pastor Brad dearly, we know that he will be a great blessing for the New York Dream Center. Brad will be missed in Los Angeles but everyone is very excited for his involvement in New York.

The final SNR service will be held on May 9th and the youth department will be taken over by The Movement (formerly Masters Commission) led by Kelli and Aaron Bradley.
